One thing I am promising for 2023 is more content on how to keep really good workpapers to support your calculations that are ultimately used in preparing the bookkeeping for your clients.
Google Sheets Checkboxes are a really slick way to illustrate what is or isn't included in a calculation, especially when you configure them so that checking the checkbox includes a number in that calculation while unchecking it excludes it.
This is practical while you are preparing the workpaper, and then practical by way of memorializing how you arrived at the calculation.
ProTip: Lock up your sheet once you are done so on one can alter the checkboxes and resulting calculation!
