I’ll work with you on anything you need help with; accounting cleanups, custom build systems in Airtable, Notion, ClickUP, CFO services - forecasts, variance analysis, other big picture systems analysis and decision making processes.

In general if I’ve had the experience you can task me and we’ll work together on it.

You will get a dedicated Discord Server where we can manage ongoing communications, and you can schedule a weekly 1:1 up to 2 hours in duration so we can get the job done.

 *cost of other apps needed to provide these services may apply (eg Inventory Management & sales tax).

• Any custom process we need to build and maintain (eg to track unearned Revenue, or anything else that cannot easily be tracked in QuickBooks Online).
• If we have to use Airtable, Google Sheets, Excel or anything outside of QBO to track any part of your process, these fees apply.
• If we need to get involved with Billing and Accounts Receivable these fees will also apply as this requires heavy interfacing with you (our client).

Take the number of months that need to be cleaned up x 2,500. So a 1 year cleanup job is 12 x 2,500 = $30,000 This is non-negotiable.

When the cleanup period is complete, we will review the Balance Sheet and P&L together line by line and confirm that everything is accurate.

You pay 50% up front, and 50% when you are agreed the cleanup portion is complete and accurate.
